BF4: Toggling chat mode in the menu....

... should stay at that setting when I join a new server.

EXAMPLE: I like to have my chat window on "Show," all the time, no exceptions. But even when I set it in the menu, I still have to hit the chat window hotkey a couple times, every time I enter or reenter a server.

Likewise, I should be able to set my laser or flashlight to stay off when I spawn, instead of having to toggle it off with every life.
