BF4 veteran pack

HI I own Bad company 2 and im still not getting veteran pack in BF4...i want 3x scope for magnum...can anybody help me ?

    If you are missing any content please reach out to our Live-Support team so they can pull your account and grant it to you if it's available from their tools. Like others mentioned it's a possibility the other games you played in the past are on a different account which is why it's not syncing. This is something we actually do see happen to players not knowing they accidentally created two different accounts.

In order to get the Battlefield 4 veteran packs you need to have Battlefield 3 Premium Edition and need to play the game at least once. At least that was solution in my case.

    dont mean to necro but i have this issue and haven't gotten it as of yet, have prem for bf3 and played it to no avail even the ea help guys couldn't give me the veteran pack
