BF4 VOIP
My mic Icon is not on. but in the settings the VOIP is on. P.S. i have an Xbox one. how to i turn it on to chat?

Hit what used to be called the start button, go to options, audio, then scroll down to VOIP and change it to "ON"
EDIT: Make sure you do this while in game and after you have your headset already plugged into your controller. I also recommend to turn off kinect as the chat mic if you have a kinect.
