Sadly, you need Premium service on your PC account as well, to be able to play CTE for PC.
As you have premium for Xbox, you may access the forums and all, but on PC you also need the premium to fully play CTE.
But since you only have China Rising, you can only play those maps+ base game maps. Any other maps from other expansions, you will not be able to play, as you do not have them for your PC account, sorry.
There is also no way to go around this, as you do not posses this expansion packs. Please buy PC premium for your account, to be able to fully play the game.
I have BF4 Premium on my PS4 and I have created an account for CTE on PC, but when I go to find a server nothing shows up. It says "SORRY, FOUND NO SERVERS" Any help?
