BF4 Xbox 360 and Xbox One Premium. Can't access most CTE servers on PC!

I recently got the "invite" to use the CTE since I have Xbox360 and Xbox One Premium accounts. I also have a PC version installed that does not have premium, but only the China Rising when I purchase...

Wow. Send this guy a thank you letter for investing so much money in your franchise and comp some Premium.

Everything I've read in the last several months...

If you DO NOT own the PC version at all... BUT own Premium on Console... you can register, download and play the PC version of CTE.

You just need to the use the same Origin account you have the Console Premium on.. and a PC capable of playing BF4.

The only catch is that you’ll need a PC powerful enough to run the game. While you don’t need to actually own Battlefield 4 on PC, the promotion only offers access to the test environment on PC, as, currently, there is no test environment that’s native to consoles.
