Bf4:Premium-Waiting to install-Ps4

I bought a copy of battlefield 4 from Europe.Everything was ok , but then i bought premium, and after i downloaded it, it says that it is installed on the psn store, but when i go to "downloads" in "...

    I am sorry but you need to purchase Premium from the same region of your basic game. There is nothing we can do about this, Premium EU will only work with BF4 EU, same goes for the other regions. If you have further questions, please get in contact with one of our Game Advisor or the Sony support.

If I purchase BF4 in the "American" play store (on my American account with my Japanese PS4 in Japan) will it work? Or will I not even be able to play multiplayer if I get an American regional verson?
