BFH Black Screen at Start and crash

Hello here, I say right away I don't use Origin as often as steam because I don't like it, but I wanted to play something recently and bought BFH. After a long installation on my internet, at the beginning I had a problem with launching it (previously checked problem of eternal loading on the battlelog with the inability to join the game or start a campaign)
After some specific hours, I tried again, the game starts sometimes (now visible in the Task Manager, but sometimes the process is not visible anyway)
When I read somewhere on the forum to run origina offline, I did it and I was happy that I would finally be able to rip the campaigns (lol it's not that easy) bfh starts up for a moment a window filled with black background and turns off without a message and sound and origin continues to offer me options play. I don't know what's going on, sorry for my English and thanks in advance for your help.


PS I was already running orgina and bfh as administrator, tried a different browser, restarted my computer, repaired the game, disabled the game's Orgin options and tried to get the process high (but can't do it anyway) ☹️

    Hey, @TengoPL12 make sure that all drivers for windows are up to date, also worth reinstalling the GPU drivers for your PC.

     

    You can also try to do a clean boot to see if there any programs messing with Battlefield: Hardline and turn off any overlay programs for example Discord or Nvidia experience.

     

    Can you add a Dxdiag so we can see what hardware and drivers you have?
