BFH freezer - not responding after intro

Hi there,

Can you please help me with my issue ? My BFH freezes - not responding after intro

  1. With google chrome - game initializing, loading level, game starts, intro I cant skip, but after intro it takes me to screen where I can see epizode where I finished last time when the game was working, but no mouse or anything I can do, in task manager the game is not responding
  2. With IE - game initializing, loading level, game window appears, but its blank white, in task manager the game is not responding
  3. I tried to set my BFH.exe compatibility with win7 and mark "run as an admin" - game initializing forever
  4. I re-installed the OS on yesterday, tried the game and its was working, but it was just before all win updates was installed... Today after all updates are done the game not working again in the same way described in points 1. - 3.

    I have the same exact problem. I have tried reinstalling origin, battlelog, deleting video card drivers and reinstalling them, performing a clean boot, disabling origin in game, running game as admin, updating direct x, repairing the game but nothing has been successful. Battlefield 4 works flawlessly, and this problem is VERY annoying not being able to play. I have literally tried everything.

    hopefully we can get this problem sorted out.

    fx 6300

    ripjaws 8gb

    gtx 760

    Please both post a DXDiag, this could be a wide spread issue,

    To Gather DXDiag Info,

    1) Press Win+R
    2) In the run box type 'DXDiag' then hit enter
    3) If you have a 64-bit PC click the button 'Run 64-bit DxDiag' (if you have a 32bit PC this option will not be avaliable)
    4)Press 'Save All Information'
    5) To share this file with me upload it to http://hastebin.com/ and share URL

    Immediate concern is you skipped the 14-12 graphics driver, and now are skipping the 15-3 one, as well.

    what does it mean then ? as I got 14.12 installed catalyst drivers
