Yes, Avast and AVG can cause this kind of problem, even if its disabled. Your error log mentioning aswhooka.dll what is about Avast. This is the reason why you need another antivirus. Just uninstall and use other antivirus. This will fix the problem.

BFH stopped working. Fresh install, first time playing. Get the error during campaign initialization.
