Hello Ea/Orgin i need some help about upcoming BF4 release.

at 09/11 a brought BF4 Digital Delux Package and now when im checking am apparently did not couse i cant see anything has taken from my credit card account or Paypal, and if i did not pay for it i could not be in the Exclusive Beta and some days ago i got an email said there was an payment failure and im 100% sure that the payment went trough.
