Binding Different Key for Spotting Enemies?

The default key for spotting enemies is "Q". But I usually bind prone to "Q". Is there a way to change the key bind for spotting enemies to a different key? I don't see it anywhere in the control menu.

    Also, is it possible to change controls so that heliocopters are inverted and jets are normal? I know there was no option to differentiate these controls in BF3 but it was possible in BF2!
