Black Border with Fullscreen Mode

Hello everyone,

So i've switched my pc to my brother's, i've played fine with my PC before, smoothly i can say, but when i play with my bro's pc, black border appears around the screen.
My monitor display resolution is at 3840 x 2160, but i set in game resolution to 1920 x 1080 to gain more FPS. If i switch to borderless instead of fullscreen, the FPS drop for huge amount.

Also we both use same GPU ( GTX 1050 ti yeap it's cheap but enough to play this game 😉 )

I attached an image of how it looks, and sorry for the Blackshark watermark.
If anyone ever encountered such problem and resolved it, please inform me.

many many thanks!

you can change your scaling options in the control panel for nvidia, if you haven't done it already.

    1 Open the Nvidia cpanel

2 Navigate to Adjust desktop size and position

3 choose no Scaling and choose either Display or Gpu. click apply

That is what sorted the problem when I had it before
