Black Friday Deal ordering problems...

My kid plays this game all the time.  He wants the Black Friday deal. So, I went to order it in game on the Xbox and it pulls up a screen asking for a 6 digit access code?  What is this?  What does i...

    Hey @Jaxon6W,

    there's two possible scenarios here. Two Factor Authentication can be activated for both the EA account and the Xbox account.

    If you have access to the game and can go to the store, it is probably the Xbox where you set up the code

    Here's the link to the "I've forgotten by Xbox One passkey" website. If the screen looks somewhat like this, you're on the right track.

Yep, thanks man.  That was the problem.  As the link you provided says, if you don't know the passkey and enter the wrong thing 3 times, it makes you provide your Microsoft Account Password.  Which I had. Then you just set a new passkey. Of course, now my kid knows how to order games on my credit card. But the jokes on him, that thing expires soon. :-) Thanks again
