Black loading screen with blinking underscore

I think everyone knows what I'm talking about... I've tried joining many mp servers, even the campaign doesn't work. Funny thing is I've been playing past couple of days with no problem so I thought ...

    Works now, I even forgot to reboot after it downloaded (: Anyways I was thinking about why it wasn't working and actually I think it might have something to do with the fact that I had the region locked polish version and bought region free EU key and now the game downloaded in english.. I don't know if that was the cause but that's the only thing that changed, the language of the game. Shame, it's actually a single game that I think is better dubbed in polish than it is in english 🙂

I found this guide earlier on google but nothing helped, I have no more ideas except redownloading the game again but I doubt it'll work ...

    Whats your event viewer say any errors when trying to load BF4?

    If you need it

    1. Click Start, and then click Control Panel. Click Performance and Maintenance, then click Administrative Tools, and then double-click Computer Management. Or, open the MMC containing the Event Viewer snap-in.
    2. In the console tree, expand Event Viewer, and then click the log that contains the event that you want to view.
    3. In the details pane, double-click the event that you want to view.

      The Event Properties dialog box containing header information and a description of the event is displayed.

      To copy the details of the event, click the Copy button, then open a new document in the program in which you want to paste the event (for example, Microsoft Word), and then click Paste on the Edit menu.

      There are no warnings/errors from the time BF4 was running. I already deleted the whole thing including Origin and now I'm in the process of downloading it again but it will take several hours .. I even tried reinstalling graphic drivers and starting the game with Outcome instead of Origin.

        Did you try this as well ..

        If all this fails to fix it then try this...

        BF4 folder in my documents holds game configs and screen shots even if BF4 is installed on different drive. When you uninstall BF4 it does NOT remove this folder. So when you install the game again you can still have the same issues. Even if its not a new install it is still worth trying as the game cfg could be mucked up.

        1- Go to my Documents and remove BF4 folder place it on your Desktop or trash.
        2- Be warned you do have to set up your in game settings again.
        3-Repair BF4
        4- When done go test your game. If it fails reboot your PC and run repair game again and test BF4.
