Blue and Red Screen bug

Summarize your bug Game splits into Red/Blue. Worked fine on my TV. Now when I use my monitor the game starts fine then as soon as I hit the first menu. It splits into 3D. It also does this in BF4 now. I was curious so I checked.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure.
What happens when the bug occurs? Game has a tripling effect. One image in normal color, one in red, one in blue.
