Blue arrow
Can't launch anything from menus other than episodes. All I get is spinning blue arrow in upper right of screen. Just bought today and cannot play. I'm on Xbox One and other games work with no issue online.
Hold down the power button on the Xbox1 until it powers down completely (roughly 10 seconds, it'll make a difference noise)
Unplug the power cord from the back of the Xbox1.
Press the power button a few times while it's unplugged.
Plug the console back in.
Wait for the power brick to turn Orange.
Turn console on.
Test it now.
