Blue Screen of Death after every Match not solved!

Please stop Deleting My post instead of adressing this.

As the title says: I get a Blue Screen of Death after evey single multiplayer match ends and it changes the map. The Other thread is labled as solved, so I assume that EA ignores it. As such I have started another thread because I have implemented the other thread's "solution" and I still am experiencing this issue.

The Solution on the other thread was to download and install the latest graphics and display drivers, and I have, twice. I also reinstalled my game, cleaned my PC, turned off my firewall and Virus Protection, and downloaded the latest game update. The only time this computer has or does have a Blue Screen of Death, is at the end of a BF4 match and the map changes, so it is definately the game, not my computer.

Here are my specs

Windows 8 64 bit

Intel Core i5-3570

CPU 3.40GHz

8Gigs of ram

AMD XFX R7700 graphics card

Please dont ignore this, fix it, or at least show that you are adressing it. I am a very disgruntled customer right now, and this issue is making BF4 unplayble.

    Hi,

while a blue screen signals there is a problem with your computer,

a BSOD is not just one error.

There are more things that can cause a BSOD then just a driver. It could

be your graphics card has an error other then a driver problem it could also

be your RAM has a corrupt sector.

Maybe I overread the info in the other thead but do you have the compleet info displayed

    by the BSOD?

Im not sure how to access the complete info for the BSOD. It just gives the stupid Smiley face and says "Bad Pool Caller."

I would beleve that it was a hardware problem, if it didn't happen only with BF4, and only when changing maps after a match. I have never gotten a BSOD with this computer in any other circumstance, not playing any other games, and I play several on it. I even mod skyrim, and play it with hundreds of GPU intesive mods all the time, and have never gotten a BSOD. Only BF4 causes them.

Thank you very much for the help insmithereens, I very much apreciate it.

I did download the beta drivers, and they didn't fix it.

I dont really understand that article on that website, im not a programmer. To be honest, this whole situation has me pretty upset, I shouldn't have to know how to program, or get this in depth with my computer software, just to play a video game.

    Hi,

sorry if I that link was too much.

As computers can contain different manufactured parts it can get wrong

more easily then console and it sometimes is needed to get really in to it.

If the beta drivers don't work I have no possible solution I can provide you

    with at this moment.

[EDIT] maybe you could test your ram with a program like ramtest.

I am not very familiar with all BSOD error messages but on BSOD

I always like to test the ram on faulty sectors as I have had those before.

Thanks again for trying to help,

I tested my computer's memory, and according to the windows memory testing software, there are no issues with it.

I am at a loss, it has to be the game and I wish EA would fix it because I can find no viable workaround.

As I stand right now, I will not be recommending this game to anyone, at least not untill EA gets this issue fixed.

Update: I uninstalled and reinstalled the game again, because nothing has worked anyway, and after my first multiplayer game: Bam! Blue screen of death.

EDIT: After that, I completely uninstalled all my graphics drivers, and then reinstalled them from scratch. I played one round of multiplayer, and then after it was over and it changed the map: BAM! BSOD again! It IS the game, it has to be the game. Every diagnostic I run on my computer says it is fine. And I do not nor ever have gotten a BSOD on this computer from any program or game, except Battlefield 4, and even then, only at the end of a multiplayer match when it changes the map.

If you are reading this, and are still deciding to buy BF4, I suggest not. Stick with BF3 untill EA fixes this crap.

    Bump

This has still not been resolved. Also, Seige of Shanghai Freezes and crashes about 10 minutes after joining a game on conquest mode.

Ok, so I remembered that for the First week I owned this game, everything worked fine. It all went to  crap after the game update and I updated my drivers to the AMD 13.11 beta drivers like everyone said to do. So, I just uninstalled the 13.11 Beta, and went back to the 13.9 official AMD drivers, aaaaaannnnnndddd............BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH with the "Bad Pool Caller" thing right after my first match when it changed the map.

Please, Origin, or EA, or whoever, Fix this! I actually want to be able to play this game, for the love of God!

Edit: Could this be a chipset problem? And if so, how would I find out?
