Blue screen of death every since BF4 has been released

I have never gotten the blue screen of death on windos 8 until I Started playing bf4 last night. It has done it twice so far, both times at the end of a match. I have also goten the red screen 2 times. The error on the blue screen says "BAD_POOL_ERROR". Not sure if this is something I have done wrong, or is it just the game being buggy that causes this to happen?

    If you are running a Radeon graphics card, I'd recommend getting beta driver download (v13.11 currently). I was seeing this crash since day one as well (Windows 8, Intel i5-3570k, Radeon 6870), and updating to the v13.11 beta finally made it stop. It's a beta driver though, so I imagine there may be other issues, but no crashing between rounds anymore. 

    I haven't had this issue on my nVidia based system so not sure what to suggest there -- sorry.
