Blue/green marks over friendly heads not showing

Hi.

Explanation of the problem:

Most of the time friendly players have a blue (or green if they are in your squad) triangle over their head to symbolize they are on your team. Some times, though, this triangle does not show up unless you aim directly at the player. I have not found a specific way to replicate this, so for me it seems random.

I always play on hardcore servers, this means that friendly fire is on and HP is reduced. So with this problem team kills are a big problem. Especially from hard hitting bullets/explosions from tanks or snipers who aims in front of their targets. This puts a big damper on game play in hardcore servers at the moment. I hope this is a known problem and one that is being worked on.

    I know I'm bumping my own thread, but this really is the biggest problem in hardcore servers at this time. There is no other bug/glitch that is nearly as annoying or game play breaking as this. Team kills and low HP due to friendly fire is constant. And it is extra sad when we know it is due to a bug (at least I hope this is a bug and not intended, is it?).

    HardCore Mode

    Hardcore has less health, usually 50-60% of heal this available

    No auto-healthregen — players have to be healed by medics
    No minimap (serveroption)
    No healthmeter, no ammo count (serveroption)
    No crosshairs — weapon has to be aimed.
    Spotting can be turned off (Server option) 
    Friendly fire is on

    None of those points explains what I'm experiencing. "Spotting can be turned off", but that only means you can't spot enemies to mark them with triangles. I'm talking about friendlies, people on your own team not having the mark over their head.

    i agree with this. starting to get annoyed by being hit by our LAW and him saying sorry..... 

    Constantly having grey screen cuz teammates cant tell the diffrence between friendlies and enemies is not funny. at one point i saw !punish over 30 times in 1 minute. witch proves this is a big issue.

    Now im starting to be so fed up i just kill any teammates that shoot me

    I agree. The triangles should be permanently visible for teammates in all modes.
