bodies not loading

I just spawned in a game and the bodies of infantry would not load
me and everyone else on the battlefield were just floating guns, and thought I could take damage I couldn't see any muzzle flash or tracer effect on bullets

I could move and shoot normally, but could not see my own reloading animations, I even got a kill, and vehicles seemed normal

this has happened several times to me after installing the final stand DLC (there may or may not be a connection)

the bug renders the game completely unplayable, waiting on a fix
