Bolt Action rifle won't fire

Product: Battlefield 1
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Summarize your bug Bolt Action Rifles in the Scout class are unable to be fired unless sprinting. This includes the Russian lever action rifle. The M1903 Experimental rifle does work, except when K rounds are used.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure.
What happens when the bug occurs? This bug renders the Scout Class nearly unplayable.
Please select your region North America
In what game mode did the bug occur? Conquest
AMD or Nvidia Model Number N/A
Enter RAM memory size in GB N/A

A video would not be very helpful, as it would merely consist of my character aiming down the sights and not firing.

    Hello @goberte 

    Are using the standard Xbox One controller? Do you have a second controller, to test if this is not a specific controller issue. Alternatively can you change the layout for your controller in game?

    I've actually had this issue with Assault weapons on the PS4 on and off. After spawning, sometimes my Hellriegel won't fire until I switch to my secondary and switch back. It is very annoying when you get confronted with someone and cannot fire back.

    I had that issue, it was the elite controller. The trigger stroke was too short. You may need to adjust device settings.
