bomber delivery ribbon lost after game

I just finished a game of silk road.  I killed 3 enemy with various bomb runs and at the end of the game in my ribbons is showed up as bomber delivery ribbon.  I clicked it and confirmed that it was awarded for 3 kills with bomber.  I then went to assignments to check on progress for an unlock and the ribbon wasn't reflected there.  I then went back to the log from that game...and the ribbon didn't show there either.  Weird.  It was just lost.  Some kind of bug.
