bomber delivery ribbon lost after game

when i get a bomber delivery ribbon in obliteration my game crashes or doesnt  show in the end. trying to get the air burst . ive gotten a lot of ribbons and only one show on the assignment screen. its frustrating. player name is - nm7667.
