Hi, we have a big problem and i am sorry to tell you that but it seems that EA doesn't care about BF4 anymore. After a lot a contact EA gives always the same links to report cheaters/Hacker which are not usefull because we have a delicate situation Our clan is [WBKS] we have 20 servers in BF3 and BF4 1.4 millions unique players. Since 6 days a clown is attacking our server with BOTs which are spamming constantely the queue of our server. Our 10 BF4 servers are empty since then, even if we ban these bots from BF4Admin it doesn't block them from joining the Queue. He joined our Teamspeak and asked us for money and asked us to unban a player. I can give you the name of all the BOTs if you are able to help us ... Don't send me these links please to report a "hacker" we want to have a few more server on the new incoming BF5, but if we also have the same situation in the new game without any help we cannot go further with our project Thank you for your consideration Greeting sckouks

@EA_Atic where can we go to get some answers? I have dozens of players coming to me asking about the servers and game and why they cant play etc. Called server host which told me to call EA which EA told me sorry go to the forums they can help you there? We are tired of being ignored we just want answers not speaking just for my self but other server owners and players

So, my server, http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/servers/show/pc/4a58b7c5-528f-4eca-b6e2-a83cc8c74b3c/i3D-net-NL-717498-Switches-get-****-and-Cuts-get-****/ is being filled with players who are automaticly joining. Those players dont have any stats, just all 0.I contacted EA Help via Twitter and they told me its a third party server so take it up with them. My game server provider told me its an EA back-end issue and take it up with EA.... Great....I tried to reset the password but no result.I cant ban them manualy in Procon cuz every second a fake player is joining.I started this server because I like to dogfihgt. I'am assuming the other server admins/ownerss also like to play BF4, vehicle or infantery or just play with friends and have fun. Let just hope this issue can be solved.

The sad part is us admins and server owners in the BF4 community that communicate with each know exactly how and what to do in order to stop these attacks, in matter of minutes it would take, but EA is not responding to any of us or our server's host. BFV i'm not even interested in until I or the BF4 community get some sort or response or action from EA. This is still happening, even now. Was playing on an ARP server today and the server crashed because of it being flooded. its been just over 5 years since the games release and NOTHING has been done to even attempt to fix the issue.

We are a group server share the cost of renewal, We can't easily give up this game.
The reason is that we have already charged enough funds to renew, but the current situation does not allow us to easily rent the server.
Because in Asia there is someone for their own fun. Randomly attack other people's servers, As long as this problem is not resolved, it is very easy to rent a server that is not working properly.
