Bought a physical copy, where's activation code?

Origin says that I can find my code for the game in a confirmation email or in the package but I never received an email and there is nothing in the package. I am very frustrated with Origin's help too seeing as I can't get any form of help from a real person to talk to.

CD keys for physical copies are contained in the DVD case inner sleeve on a piece of paper. If the paper is missing you will have to return the game to the retailer and get another physical copy.

For digital purchases CD keys are not emailed to the purchaser but automatically added to the purchasing Origin account where the icon for the game with attached CD key show up in your Origin games library.
