Have you downloaded the Premium data from your XBL store? Please make sure that this content pack is installed on your machine, you can additionally try to delete and re-install the Premium content on your console. Make sure that you manually logout once in order to login.
You can try to clear your console cache as well. To clear the cache of your Xbox One console, hold down your finger on the Xbox One icon on your console for about 10 seconds until the machine shuts down. Just boot it up again and the cache should have been emptied.

I am reporting back the following negative results.
The Premium content was confirmed to be downloaded to the Xbox one, but the current status of my Battlelog account still did not reflect that I was a premium member. Battlefield 4 was closed on the Xbox One in order to log out, the game was then restarted in order to log back in, but the status of Battlelog still did not reflect Premium membership. The Xbox One cache was cleared, the game was then rebooted, but it did not change my status to Premium on the Battlelog website. Finally, the Premium content was deleted from the Xbox one then reinstalled, however this still did not upgrage my status to Premium on the Battlelog website.
To be clear the premium content for the Xbox One works, that is to say I can play the DLC, I received the Premium bonuses, and it shows my status as a Premium member on the console itself. The problem is the Battlelog website does not recognize that I am a Premium member. I purchased the Battlefield 4 Premium Edition, which includes the Premium service along with the game. The game works fine, so it is not a Microsoft error that I can tell. This is a problem that I am having with the Battlelog website. on that note, I logged in and out of the Battlelog website more than five times to see if it would effect change, it did not.
I would very much like to be able to create emblems with the 40 layers that I should have gotten for being a Premium member. A friend of mine purchased the same bundle from the same location (Xbox Live Marketplace) a day after I purchased my bundle, and their account shows that they are a Premium member. Yet my Battlelog account does not reflect my status as a premium member.
I honestly appreciate the speed of the assistance offered, as well as the number of solutions offered, however I am sorry to report that those solutions did not solve the problem. Any futher insight that may be offered to this problem would again be greatly appreciated. Thank you again for your time, patience, and concern, have a great day. I also left +1 XP feedback, and will continue to do so for each response given, thanks in advance!

I am having the exact same problem.
Bought the Premium edition on the marketplace, all the DLC downloaded and received all of the battle packs.
It even shows that I have all of the DLC on Battlelog but doesn't say that I have Premium...
It's rather annoying too because it means that I can't start the Phantom Assignments...
I think that this has been a problem in the past with the Premium status not showing but it was aparently 'Fixed' in an update.
Let me know if you mange to get it to work as Im having no luck myself ☹️

- Anonymous11 years agoMy son and I have the exact same issue.
Bought game at gamestp, then bought premium from xbox store.
Xbox correctly shows me as Premium, but battlelog does not.
Please fix as this is a issue for many people. It was stated on the origin forums that a fix is available but it requires intervention from a game advisor. Is this how I request that help?
I have pending forum questions on EA and Origin and a open case with EA, but I haven"t received the.solution yet.
Thanks.
