(BUG) Cannot fire shotgun or sniper. BF4

I play BF4 and cannot not fire a shotgun either a sniper on BF4 PS4. I did everything to fixe it but without any luck then the same bug is happing to HardLine. I'm scared that this will follow to BF5! The bug happen to FarCry4 when firing in a car only! I play other games well it's not my controller. It's from BF4!
