BUG: PunkBuster stays running, even after BF4 closes...

Question

BUG: PunkBuster stays running in the background, even after BF4 closes. This causes my internet security program to constantly use CPU. As a workaround, I have to manually end process on PnkBstrB.exe whenever I'm done playing. Can this be fixed, so that PunkBuster closes when the game closes?

As far as I know&nbsp;PnkBstrB.exe should only be running while you play and&nbsp;PnkBstrA.exe should be running all the time.
You might want to reinstall Punkbuster by running the installer again from:&nbsp;Origin Games\Battlefield 4\__Installer\punkbuster\redist
Also, make sure to whitelist both punkbuster services as well as Battlefield 4 and Origin in ZoneAlarm.
