[BUG]Companion App Shows Wrong Class Rank > Class Progression In Game Impossible

Product: Battlefield 1
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Summarize your bug On the companion app, my class rank for assault is displayed as 10-11 whilst in game its locked at 9. The bar is empty and doesnt gain any progress at all.

UPDATE: The bar actually is getting exp but its unable to show it, i had reached rank 10 finally, if anyone has the bug just keep pushing through and you should reach rank 10!
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It is very rare, the cause is unknown, i am not the only person to have this, ive reported this before with no help at all.
What happens when the bug occurs? My class is stuck at rank nine and progression to rank ten is impossible. Even after the game resyncs to BF1 Servers, after a hard console reset, and reinstalling the game, the issue still persists.

In what game mode did the bug occur? Conquest
AMD or Nvidia Model Number Default XBox One AMD GPU
Enter RAM memory size in GB 8GB of RAM

    Stick it through, you are still getting exp, the bar just wont show it!

    Hello @Wardleyblart 

    Looks like a weird sync glitch. Power cycling your console and reinstalling the game should solve this.

    Keep me posted on your progress.

    So should I do that in order described? Already uninstalled and am currently reinstalling, havent done hard reset yet.

    Thank you for updating. I am not telling you this is a 100 % guaranteed solution, but is helped some folks earlier. If the reinstall won`t solve this, try the console reset.

    I had already tried doing a hard reset on my console and the issue had stayed, even after reinstalling the game, a hard reset changes nothing, any other ideas?

    The hard reset didnt solve my problem, even doing it afer the reinstall. Do you have any other solutions?

    As it turns out, my class rank had been gaining exp with no way of showing it, i had reached rank 10 today at 10:11 PM. I will be updating the post on the "solution". Thanks for helping!
