Campaign Glitch Bug Spas12 Collectable

So I know where the spas-12 is located in The South China Sea Map...inside the open rear of the helecopter inside the aircraft carriers hanger. I've even been able to pick it up in BF4 on the PC....but for some reason on pc its as of there is an invisible wall that prevents me from entering the helecopter. Am I the only person experiencing this or are there others?? It's the only collectable I have left so I'd really to get it. Anyone else experiencing the same thing??
