Campaign mode NO healing!

Very frustrating! 

I've been trying for several months to get the game run, but does not succeed. The game does not restore the energy level at all after death. For example, when I come to checkpoint, the energy which at the moment is always restored after death. I've tried all the difficulty levels from easy to hard, but the same problem all the time. 

I've tried re-installed the game several times, but does not help. Can someone kind person tell me how I can get to play the singleplayer game?

However, I paid full price for this game and the game is only half used .. I think this is... pfffffff.
