Campaign progress lost, achievements still locked, no XP boosts

I completed the campaign. I should be able to choose to play any mission. However, BF4 forces me to start over in Baku. I have no interest in repeating the entire campaign to unlock weapons that didn't unlock the first four times I replayed the ending.

Is there a way to get this fixed? Share someone else's save game to at least skip ahead to final mission, etc?

 In addition, all my "XP Boosts" from my battlepacks have disappeared. I never got to use one. In game, it tells me no boosts are available. It used to tell me that they were available, but I'd never clicked it.

    I have the same problem. Completed campaign but no unlocks ? I do have the dog tags I collected though.
    I now have to restart the campaign what gives. I thought it was bad enough having to put up with all the multiplayer
    Problems and now this I feel like I should demand my money back!
    I have never felt so cheated and insulted ea and dice etc need to get there act together and fix this game
