Campaign Reset!

 I play BF4 on my xbox one and today I went to look at my campaign and it said to choose the difficulty for the new campaign. I knew I didnt start a new campaign because I played a mission yesterday and that was the last time I played it. Then cause I thought it was a glitch I restarted my xbox one. While I was waiting for it to restart I looked up the issue. I found out that restarted your xbox was the cause of the campaign getting reset. The thing is I dont rember restarting my xbox recently before I found out my campaign was reset.

Is there a way I can get the progress back?

    Also I forgot to mention that before I found out my campaign was reset On the title screen a multiplayed thing came up and said you are in quee 1 out of 1? Could that have been a factor?

    DICE is aware that some players still have trouble with their save-games and addressed that issue in several patches. We will keep you updated as soon as we have new information regarding this issue. If you want to progress in the campaign, I recommend to don't play multiplayer matches while playing the single player story.
