CAN EA GET A PROPER CUSTOMER SUPPORT SERVICE?

Your games are not cheap. You make millions of dollars selling them. Would you PLEASE be so kind as to stop "
saving" money by hiring CS services in 3rd world countries?
I just got OFF a chat with your "Customer Support". An hour WASTED. I started my convo by saying that I can't pre-load the game, and after 30 minutes of checking and waiting, I was asked if I see the PRE-LOAD option. Excuse me? Did IQs dropped while I was away for a coffee?
After another 30 minutes of waiting, I was told that EA "has some problem" and the pre-load for my purchase is "not available now". No **bleep**, Sherlock? It's not? Well, thanks for telling, otherwise I wouldn't have noticed...
Dear EA,
**bleep** happens, especially when there's thousands of people waiting for BF4. **bleep** ups with Pre-Loads are understandable. But **bleep** ups with customer support, are not.
Pray BF4 lives up to my expectations, or I will troll your Facebook like you wouldn't believe...
