Can i buy battlefield 4 AGAIN after it has already been refunded

Hey Battlemates!

I bought battlefield 4 and requested a refund within my first 24 hours of owning the game. Ive decided I'm going to buy it once again and keep it this time. I still have the game downloaded. How can I go about buying it again without redownloading?

Ps. You are not allowed to call me old fashioned. I still own CDs and physical games.
