can i get a digital download key to replace my disc?

hi, i've found that the BF4 game disconnects frequently and the game doesn't load from time to time. is there a digital download i can get to replace mey disc? i'm stuck at 74.

    If you think it's the disc, you can either bring the disc back to the place you purchased it from, or follow the product replacement steps below.

    Product Replacement:
    If you meet one of the following criteria, you can send your product along with a nominal fee to Electronic Arts for a replacement product.
    The product is 90 days past the purchase date
    The product has been scratched, broken, or has been damaged in another fashion.
    When sending us your product, be sure to include a check or money order for the amount shown in the replacement costs section made payable to Electronic Arts, as well as all of the information in the requested information section below.

  • Your soldier did not come up in Battlelog so are you on console? If you are you'll have to look at the policy of your console's manufacturer as for example Microsoft has a damaged disc replacement policy where you pay a small fee and get a replacement disc for your console.
