Can I obtain my servers .dat file from my host?

Hi All

We are currently experiancing DDOS attacks against our servers, we have two, both hosted with different providers.

We want to cancel our first provider as they cannot filter the DDOS attacks and they need to null-route and the server is offline for 8 hours.

The other provider dosent have any issues.

We have lots of bookmarks for our first server and we want to retain all the bookmarks.

The provider has advised they cannot give us the server .dat file with our server ID as it is against EA/DICE rules.

Is this correct?
