Can I run bf4 on medium/high settings?

Can I run bf4 on medium/high settings?

System Specs:

Graphics card: AMD Radeon HD 7750,

RAM: 4 gigabytes

2.80 GHz

64-bit operating-computer

 

Please help, I've always wanted to get bf4 for my computer but I never knew if it could run it on medium/high graphics settings smoothly.

    Upgrade your ram, I have 6 GB and i need to upgrade to 8. If you upgrade to 8 gb of ram you will be fine with everything else. Probably run it on high for sure.
