Like the Subject...My brother give me a secondary account with Battlefield 4... My question is... If I buy a "BF4 Premium" in my primary account, Can I unlock BF4 in my Primary Account? Because is a Secondary Account I can only play with your account and connect to Internet ALWAYS.

Transferring , selling or buying accounts are against the TOS.
If you buy BF4 Premium ( not Premium Edition) only with your "first" account, it will be playable only in your "first" account. You can not play DLC maps with "second" account.
Like i said, you should not use the other account.

Okey. Like i said, it is not possible.
If you want to play Battlefield 4 Premium with your first account, you need to activate Battlefield 4 Premium Membership on it. You can not merge accounts "while playing games or activating game codes."
