Can my BFBC2 progress(rank, weapons, etc..) from PS3 be transferred to PC?

I just switched from PS3 to PC and I have a copy of Bad Company 2 for each. However I put a lot of time into the game on PS3 and I was wondering if my progress can be transferred to my PC.
