Can not rent server on pc
I have bf1 on steam and every time I try to rent a server with different server options, I only get a spinning/loading icon and nothing happens when I click the rent button I have restarted my pc, ...

I uninstalled and installed again through steam
The issue still exists. So weird!
@Tomb_Raider_L do you have the EA App overlay enabled ?
Without it, it won't work.
I have the EA app installed in order to play the game, if that if what you mean?
@Tomb_Raider_L I mean is this option in your EA App enabled or disabled?
Mine is disabled in the picture.
The overlay is enabled for me and it works when pressing Shift+F1
I also tried reinstalling the game once again into another hard drive but the issue still exists
