Can only join Normal Servers

PS4 | All DLCs

Just hopped back into BF4 2 weeks ago and up until last Friday everything was fine. I play hardcore servers and I can no longer join them. Selecting a custom or HC server in the server browser -> "joining server/in queue" -> error message "you have lost connection to the session" -> then I get softlocked and have to reboot the game. 

From the server browser and quick match I can join Normal servers all day long no issues. 

Static IP, ports forwarded, fresh install twice, DMZd my IP, nothing is working..

    I have gone through the connection troubleshooting page. I've also set a static IP for the console, hardwired, tried both Google and CloudFlare DNS', port forwarding, placed the PS4 IP in DMZ in the router, multiple uninstall/installs.

    As stated before, I can join matches/servers but only if going through Quick Match and only normal servers.

    The following does not work and results in the aforementioned error message:

    Server Browser - any server (normal/custom/hardcore/official)

    Squad Join both as leader or member - any server selected from either QM or Browser 

    Joining from PS home screen or via PS quick menu/other sessions 

    Using Battlelog in Browser on PC to select a server and join

    This started roughly 2 weeks ago now. I have a very difficult time believing this is an issue with my ISP as every time I redownload the game and it's DLCs, everything is done in ~20 minutes. Also every other device in my household has zero issue with web connectivity including other EA titles on the same console.
