Cannot connect to ea server with battlefield 4 on xbox one! Need help.

I continue to get error: 'You cannot connect to EA Servers. Multiplayer features will not work'. Or something very similar. My internet works, I can play COD Ghosts multiplayer on xbox one but not bf4...

I spent over 2 hours on chat with an EA advisor and still no solution.
