cannot find any servers or join any servers via play now

i cannot find anymore then 10 servers in my server browser. also whenever i try to join a game using play now it says cannot find any servers and to change my filter settings yet my filter settings are all set to any and i have nothing specifically selected. ive tried resetting the filter settings and even using other browsers as well as making sure firewall allows bf4 and punkbuster but it will never display more then 9 servers and i cannot use play now at all no matter what i do. i effectively cannot play the game cause the servers that are there have nobody or they are always full. i have had this problem for months and have been unable to resolve it. i am premium and have everything downloaded. this is very very very tiring please help.
