Cannot finish Battlefield 4 download - % complete keeps going backwards

 I have the same problem. I looked for fixes all over. Nothing works. After a couple hours of rubber banding back and forth on completion % I get an error 

"An unexpected error has occured please try later 262148:131086"

    Yea, I'm at work now, but I think I'm going to try to reinstall Origin completely and try again.  Obviously if you have a ton of games on Origin that may be a bummer.  I also saw a lot of this happening in the BETA, but I haven't been able to attempt any of those solutions.  I'm letting it run all day at 8MB/s so maybe it just takes time.  I'll let you know if I get that error or not.

      Good luck I hope it works. I've tried to reinstall Origin and BF4 multiple times.

        Not one EA admin response or help even though multiple people having this issue. How can EA not even get the simplest of issues resolved that an independant F2P game has mastered. What a waste of $60
