Yea, I'm at work now, but I think I'm going to try to reinstall Origin completely and try again. Obviously if you have a ton of games on Origin that may be a bummer. I also saw a lot of this happening in the BETA, but I haven't been able to attempt any of those solutions. I'm letting it run all day at 8MB/s so maybe it just takes time. I'll let you know if I get that error or not.
Good luck I hope it works. I've tried to reinstall Origin and BF4 multiple times.

Not one EA admin response or help even though multiple people having this issue. How can EA not even get the simplest of issues resolved that an independant F2P game has mastered. What a waste of $60

I spoke to one via message and the only solution they even responded with was to reinstall origin. They said they have no other fixes at this time. I did that and the download went to 10% before I had to go back to work, so I will let you know if that worked. I also selected the "Origin Beta" in the account options after I reinstalled the game.

For an hour I messaged an EA tech help agent. We went through a ton of troubleshooting. Nothing really new except to change the download path. Nothing worked at the end he gave me a refund. Such a bummer. I was excited to play. Makes absolutley no sense because I downloaded and played the beta fine.
