Cannot finish unlocking the "RSC 1917 Optical".

I'm having an issue unlocking this gun as well. On somemaps every kill I get with the auto loading factory my progress tracker pops up after every kill with 0/15 and on other maps it pops up on the first kill saying I have 13/15 kills. Very frustrating as it seems the tracking for kills is bugged for me. I have tried different game modes and nothing changes

Same here, sometimes no tracking at all, 0/15 even if I have kills with 8.35, on other map/server it shows 14/15 after the first kill, but still doesn't count after this.
