Cannot install PC disc version of Battlefield 4

Dear all,

Problem: Cannot install PC disc version of Battlefield 4.

First of all, let's begin with a little history:
Back in the days I used to play BF4, registered with an email address named e.g. [edit: email address removed],
completed the game and uninstalled the game due to harddrive space,
I haven't since used origin for another game if I remember right.

Couple months ago I installed BF1,
I recalled I needed to register with a new email address because I couldn't use the [edit: email address removed] to login for Origin,
so I registered a new email e.g. [edit: email address removed].
Played BF1 no problem at all, the game works perfectly on my PC currently.

Ok, here's the deal, lately I wanted to install BF4 back onto my PC,

however it says 'This code has already been used. FAQ' (Refer to attached image).
I swear this BF4 was a new game when I bought it, it's not second hand and neither the product code was used by a second party.
I tried to login Origin with [edit: email address removed] (which I have written down all the login & password on paper few years ago), however it doesn't work at all.

I contacted EA customer service, after dozens of emails, they put up something that is nothing close to a solution and told me if I am satisfied that sounds so ridiculous to me.
I was so pissed off by their customer service (as usual to most companies I believe), asked one thing and gave me some * at the end.

So if anyone could give me a hint and advice, would be so appreciated. Thanks in advance.
