I have the same problem. This is getting very annoying. The game doesn't even launch. I have tried everything thinkable from reinstalling the game to restarting my computer multiple times to updating punkbuster to reinstalling the web plugin.... I'm getting very frustrated that I can't play the game, and even more frustrated that no EA employee seems to give a **bleep**.
Still waiting. Great support guys!

I also cannot join any servers since the update..just get the blue bar at the bottom then turns to red and asks me to use the task manager. Getting sick of the CONTINUOUS problems with this game.
Personally I don't feel like browsers are advanced enough for the concept of Battlelog. If the game would have just been run by the executable like every other game out there, with a multiplayer menu in-game, many of the problems people are having would be gone. It seems really dumb that I have to navigate to a website that has all control over whether or not I can play my game. Why can't I just see a multiplayer server list in-game like every other multiplayer game I've ever played? The Battlelog idea is too advanced for its time.
Edit:
Better yet, why not include Battlelog inside Origin? Wouldn't that make more sense than launching a website when pressing play? No more plugin, no more problems with web browsers... Everything runs better in an executable.
I've tried multiple things since the start of this thread. I've made sure all the punkbuster firewall exceptions are unblocked, I've updated my graphics card drivers, I've reinstalled directx, .net framework, the battlelog plugin (again), and punkbuster, but still no gravy. I have noticed that after launching the game, in task manager BF4 loads and then crashes immediately. I don't know where I'd find any crash logs (or if there are any) but I feel like it'd be extremely helpful if they exist.
