Cannot play china rising

I have BF4 Premium and it says I have the China Rising expansion. When I try to play a CR map it says i need to install the expansion and would I like to launch it from Origin..

I have uninstalled BF4 and reinstalled it and no difference. 

Any ideas?

    Okay please open your Origin client, go to your "My Games" library and rightclick on the BF4 button. Go to "Game Details" and scroll down to the bottom of the page. You should see a China Rising icon, check if your can download the expansion via rightclick on the icon.
